This is for a center that need a system in place and need to learn how to operate the day to day seamlessly. This program has been operating without a full time administrator or human resource department. This program will get 32 hours per month to invest in improving the administrative process.

• Requires a minimum of three (3) month commitment, with a maximum of six (6) month.
• One (1) virtual meeting once a week
• Site visit every other week from our team
• Create spreadsheet (2 maximum)
• Assist in gaining clinical contract
• Review existing contracts
• Legal & Financial Services Assistance
• Add one (1) online program
