This is for a center that need a system in place and need to learn how to operate the day to day seamlessly. This program will get 24 hours per month to invest in improving the administrative process.

• This package requires a minimal two (2) month commitment, with a maximum of five (5) months.
• This will require an hour site visit every other week as needed
• One (1) hour virtual meeting once a week
• Review and improve training center existing forms
• Legal & Financial Services Assistance
