Additional Information

To become a CNA, you need to complete a state-approved training program. The course is broken into three parts: coursework which will take place in the classroom (virtual class), laboratory and clinicals. Students will be required to study at home with the approved material because this is a fast paced course, and require dedication. Nurse Assistant students will learn important information about patients’ legal rights, observing patients, tracking and reporting patient information, human anatomy & physiology, and activities of daily including functional status. As a student it is important and crucial to complete assignments according to deadlines, arrive to class and clinical on time, engage in the clinical skills so that you will be prepared for the state boards. At Gentle Hands of Integrity we believe the most important rule in order to succeed, is simple…. The golden rule; take care of yourself. In order to take care of others, and do well in your career is be healthy mentally and physically. Stay organized and prioritize your commitments to ensure you have adequate time and energy for your studies. CNA’s demand is growing faster than ever!! The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates an increase of 9% through 2028(The average job growth is only 5%). This demand is because of the growing need of the aging baby boomers.
