Mandatory for Phlebotomy or CNA course

To secure your spot in any Phlebotomy or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course, a non-refundable $50 application fee is required. This fee must be paid before enrollment is processed.

The application fee ensures your application is reviewed and holds your place in the program until full registration is complete. Gentle Hands of Integrity cannot accept any enrollment without this payment, so please plan to submit it as part of your admission process.

Agreement & Signatures

Application fee of $50 is non-refundable under any circumstances and IS NOT a part of the tuition amount. This is a separate cost.

Administration fee of $125 is refunded per the refund policy.

Methods of payment: Cash, Zelle, Money Order, Cashier Check, Credit Card, Debit Card.
Personal Checks or ApplePay are NOT accepted.

1. If the student want to have the payment plan, they must come in to sign the payment plan contract.
2. Contact the training center if they are choosing the all-inclusive package.
3. Please ensure that you have reviewed the withdrawal/cancellation policy on the website.
