Our Mission
At Gentle Hands of Integrity (GHI), our mission is to uplift lives by providing a safe, supportive and high-energy learning environment where students grow into confident, compassionate healthcare professionals.
We’re Family
Students have access to a Student Resource Program (SRP) Representative for ongoing support, academically, emotionally and spiritually. Quiet rooms are available for prayer, meditation or lactation. SRP reps continue checking in even after graduation.
Positive & Productive Learning
We combine classroom theory, hands-on labs and real clinical experience with small class sizes and a focus on health and safety (CDC/Michigan-compliant).
Committed to Excellence
Our program prepares students to master all 22 CNA skills with a goal of a 90% class average and first-time pass rate on the Headmaster exam.
Rooted in the Community
We give back through volunteer work, health workshops and job placement support. Our students don’t just train here, they help strengthen their communities as well.
Our Founder: Ricontta Hills, RN

Founder | Lead Instructor | Advocate for Compassionate Care
With over 18 years of nursing experience, Ricontta Hills founded Gentle Hands of Integrity in 2017 with one mission: to teach students how to care for patients with respect, compassion and integrity.
“I want CNAs to care for patients as if they are family with gentle hands and a kind heart. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” – Ricontta Hills, RN
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: treat every patient with dignity, speak up against elder abuse and lead with heart, especially when no one is looking. Ricontta believes every student has the potential to make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.
